【受賞報告】この度、つるや旅館は、「トラベル＆ホスピタリティーアワード」で「ヒストリック・ホテル・オブ・ザ・イヤー２０１８・フォー・チューブ」を受賞しました。

昨年の「ラグジュアリー・トラベル・ガイド・アワード 2017」に続き、今回もイギリスのホテル審査機関からの受賞となりました。この１年も、海外からのお客様をお迎えするにあたり、さらなる工夫と努力を繰り返してまいりました。その結果がこのような受賞につながり、大変嬉しく思います。日々、つるや旅館を育ててくださっている、お客様、お取引先様、地域の皆様に感謝申し上げます。

今回は、歴史とホスピタリティーを評価していただいた賞ですので、これからも、歴史を守りつつ、優しい接客を心掛けていこうと思います。海外の方が、安心して泊まれる旅館、そして、軽井沢で安心してアクティビティーを行えるよう旅のお手伝いをしてまいります。今後とも、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

We are happy to assonance that Tsuruya Ryokan has been selected as the winner for Historic Hotel of the Year 2018 for Chubu of TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY AWARDS.

This is the second award from British companies. The first one was Luxury Travel Guide Award 2017 last year. We have continued making effort to be an international friendly ryokan since we received it. We believe that these efforts led this second award. We would like to thank all of our guests, business partners and community.

As this award mentioned our history and hospitality, we will make our best endeavor to keep our history and offer good service. We will become a ryokan where international guests can stay quite free from anxiety, and help those guests enjoy activities in Karuizawa. Again, thank you for all of your support as always.
